Payment Policy

Laguna Oil Art is operated by Carmel Light Studio LLC. Review the artwork, dimensions, frame option, currency and final order total before submitting payment.

Payment methods

Use the payment methods actually displayed for your order in our Shopify checkout. Availability can depend on your location, currency, device and payment-provider eligibility.

If an installment or digital-wallet option is offered for your order, review its provider’s eligibility requirements and terms before choosing it.

Prices, shipping and taxes

Product prices depend on the selected size and framing. The checkout identifies the currency and any taxes collected by our store before payment. Shipping to eligible destinations listed in our Shipping Policy is included in the artwork price. Destination and address exclusions apply. Customs duties and import charges are not included; see our Shipping Policy.

Order processing

Payment must be successfully received and verified before we process an accepted order. Keep the order confirmation email. Contact us if you see a payment on your account but have not received confirmation; avoid repeatedly submitting the same order.

Payment security

Enter payment information only in the secure checkout or the payment provider’s official flow. Do not send card numbers, security codes, banking passwords or one-time codes by email, SMS or our contact form. Shopify and the selected payment provider process payment information as described in the applicable privacy notices.

Payment problems and refunds

If a payment method is unavailable or a payment is declined, follow the checkout message or contact the payment provider. You may also contact our support team with the order number and a description of the issue, without sensitive payment details.

Refund eligibility, deductions and processing times are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
