Golf Art | An Afternoon on the Links

Proportions are an illustration. Confirm the listed width × height before ordering.

An Afternoon on the Links spreads a group of small golfers across rolling greens and sandy hollows. Red, blue and pink accents separate the figures from the broad landscape, with warm ochre hills extending across the distance.

The fairway rises and dips in generous curved bands, giving each player a different place within the scene. A wide horizontal layout captures the leisurely pace of a shared round and the open terrain around it.

About the Artist

Meet Sofia Alden

Sofia Alden enjoys the clear shapes found in outdoor sport. A tennis court offers a ready arrangement of lines and color, while a golf course opens into curves, shadows, and long areas of green. She places small figures within these larger spaces, using their posture to suggest a moment of play. Her paintings have a bright, relaxed mood, with simple compositions that remain readable from a distance.
