Sailboat Art | A Stillwater Gathering
24''x32''/61x81CM / Rolled Canvas
$360.00 USD
Several white sails gather across a soft blue expanse in A Stillwater Gathering. The largest vessel sits near a small green shoreline on the right, balanced by a shorter sail and a distant sliver of white farther left.
Long, broken reflections draw the eye down through the water. The upright arrangement and gentle contrasts give the scene a measured rhythm, bringing a quiet waterfront feeling to light, neutral interiors.

About the Artist
Clara Vellin finds a natural structure in harbors: upright masts, low boats, and reflections that loosen their shapes in the water. She arranges these elements with a light touch, allowing the scene to stay open. Small accents of color can mark a hull or a distant building. Her brushwork becomes softer around the reflections, giving the water a gentle movement and the boats a clear place within it.
