Floral Art | Blossoms on a Golden Bough
32''x24''/81x61CM / Rolled Canvas
$400.00 USD
Blossoms on a Golden Bough extends a dark branch from the lower right across a pale gray field. Open white flowers cluster along its smaller stems, with pointed gold-colored leaves picking up the warmer area behind them.
The branch creates a clear route through the broad composition, while the flower heads interrupt it with rounded light shapes. Its warm-cool balance brings a decorative botanical focus to a dining room or a welcoming entrance.

About the Artist
Iris Zhou likes the way flowers lean, overlap, and leave gaps between their stems. Her paintings keep that slightly unarranged feeling, using grouped brushstrokes for petals and broader patches for leaves. She works with soft pinks, whites, and varied greens, sometimes introducing a deeper color to give the arrangement weight. The result is an easy, open composition that brings the shapes of a garden into the home.
